Nikki Swart provided excellent, professional and quick service. She was very much helpful and gave me good advice. She assisted me in a claim of a faulty electrical oven in our house.

Rutherford have been great for me over the years, dealing with my countless policy changes, giving me advice on many different topics and dealing with a few claims too, most recently for water damage in a new property, Nikki Swart was handling my most recent claim and from getting quotes to dealing with Discovery and their claims manager, all went as well as could be expected. Including changes to how the claim was to be handled and conversations of how best to proceed given the nature of the issues.
