Prestige Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service we have received thus far. Nick managed all our plumbing during the recent renovation of our holiday home. He is knowledgeable, thorough, highly efficient and professional.He sent us video footage, photos and regular updates...and he patiently answered all my annoying questions! What a fantastic plumber! They were at our place in 20 minutes to sort out our problem! And here’s the best part... they did not try to find a problem to cost us money but actually gave decent advice that fixed the problem with no charge at all. So different to the plumbers one finds these days that always seems to create a problem (because one is not a plumber - we just believe what they say could be a potential problem)So impressed with Nicks transparency by being completely honest and helpful.Would really recommend this company

08/09/21 Just a short note to say thank you to Nick and his team for sorting out the bath drain and geyser anode today - these guys are simply the best ! In my experience , living in Plett over the last 20 years , there are simply no other plumbers who come close. 06/09/2021 - Hello Nick , hope all is well. The upstairs bath installation is giving problems , it's not draining well , water empties very slowly I've tried a manual suction pump , but no success and the anode is due for replacing. The bath is chronic, what day can you make it here this week please?Impressed with Prestige Plumbing , their professionalism , attention to detail and good craftsmanship was indeed refreshing - very good recommendable plumbers .

I had a blocked drain. Phoned Nick this morning at 8am and they arrived at 9am and had the drain unblocked in 10 minutes. What a pleasure dealing with these guys. they fully deserve their 5 stars and I can recommend Prestige to others. Thank you for the v quick response. UPDATE: And the bill was very reasonable, fair.

Nick Cowey at Prestige Plumbing is the most professional & honest plumber I have ever used ... anywhere in the country. His communication about the job & what needs to be done is direct & understandable; I dealt with him over the telephone from Cape Town in a weekend emergency - he came out within 15 minutes, assessed the problem & fixed it ... keeping me informed with videos of what was going on.I can not recommend him highly enough.

Absolutely horrible service. I called Nick a week ago to do a Certificate of Completion for a geyser that was installed. He quoted me R1000 for this service.I paid him R1000 in full, R650 for the call out and R350 for the COC as I needed it urgently for an insurance claim. It is 8 days later and I have not heard anything back.He has blocked 3 of the numbers I tried calling him from. Not responding on WhatsApp, not replying on messages.When I get hold of him from different numbers he has new excuses every time.It is daylight robbery with no dignity.Honestly very disappointed and with good reason very angry.
