I worked 3 days over time and was supposed to be paid Thursday but till today I haven't been paid, when I call and make follow up they say my money bounced back,how does that happen when I have been using the same banking details,then a lady by the name of princess Mazibuko says il be paid Friday before 4pm but it's Saturday and no payment,this is unacceptable and it's poor service

I WAS GIVEN THE AGENCY BY THE HOSPITAL .I SEND THE EMAIL TO EMAIL TO SBONGILE NTHSANGASE IN THE GAUTENG OFFICE.I NEVER HAD RESPONSE FROM HER I CALLED HER AND SEND WHATSAPP HER .WHEN I CALL HER SHE KEEPS ON PROMISING ME TO CHECK MY DETAILS AND WILL COME BACK TO AND SHE NEVER DID .WHEN SHE WAS TAKING TO ME I COULD HEAR THAT SHE WAS BUSY WITH OTHER PEOPLE. SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RELIABLE .I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SEANDA HEALTH SERVICE.THERE ARE MANY AGENCIES IN GAUTENG.

The service is very bad if u call about your payslips u hold the line forever it was better by the time Sipho was handling the payslips matter u send a email he respond within 10minute now we wait for 8hours
