Kloofzicht Lodge & Spa
The website & pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this place. This was definitely one of the best sunrises I have experienced. It is definitely a place to disconnect and be one with nature. The hike was app 5 km, mostly flat ground, which was incredible to just walk around and take in everything.

It is a beautiful place. The scenery when you taking a hike, the beautiful sunrise and sunsets views. The dams that are there they add to that beautiful touch of this amazing place. Their breakfast options are amazing.

People are always saying Kloofzicht is disappointing at some aspect.I had/ am having a wonderful time, the food is delicious, the views are amazing, the rooms are good (need a little maintenance) but good overall.Lerato Siko helped me out, thank you to her wonderful service whoever employed her, she’s a keeper.Moses and my waiter were great, took care of me for dinner, wonderful service.I would say come experience it yourself you will not be disappointed.

Really beautiful venue, staff was ok. (Not bad service just not the best) Food was good and really tasty but at the buffet they serve roast Gammon and roast Chicken, but they used the same cutlery to cut the chicken and the pork.... now what if I was allergic to pork? When I asked the chef that was cutting the meat all he did was shrug his shoulder and said: I don't know" so that was a little unsettling."

A lovely getaway in the heart of the Cradle area with scenery especially if you book into a chalet. It was lovely seeing the hot-air balloon guys do their thing - although a bit noisy if you’re trying sleep in a little.

Stayed 2 nights here as well has had my wedding at Kloofzicht.I absolutely loved the dinner the night prior, the buffet breakfast as well as the accommodation.As a wedding venue as well I would highly recommend it. Nikita is amazing, she was amazing to work with and she co ordinated our wedding so well.Their recommended décor company is also awesome. I felt well taken care of and important.I didn’t need to worry; Nikita took care of it, and I got to relax and enjoy my day. Highly recommend for both activities.

Wonderful venue to host guests away from the noise of the cities. Tranquil atmosphere. Neat, spacious accommodation that can cater for a large contingent. The staff are well informed, greeted and smiled at every opportunity, and offered exceptional service!
