I spoke to Raymond yesterday morning and enquired about an item. Not only was it much cheaper than some furniture stores, but the customer service was excellent. I was called this morning, stock arrived and I'm a happy customer. Appliance World you rock.

Visited the store on the 12/1 looking to purchase a new fridge freezer. The staff were totally uninterested. We were shocked by the attitude as the service in other branches we have visited in the past has been excellent.
