Soundmatch Plumstead

Do not go here,They drilled a hole through my petrol tank, and filled it up with something temporary, this later melted away and petrol leaked out and into my boot. When I confronted them they fixed" the hole with anouther temporary solution and didn't weld it as it should have been fixed

Excellent service and technical know how. I seldom give any company 5 stars - but Soundmatch Plumstead deserve it - they are a pleasure to deal with. They installed a new sound, GPS and rear camera touch screen control system in my Mercedes. Professional workmanship and everything working as it should.

I took our 1996 Pajero in for numerous different repairs at Soundmatch Plumstead.1. Repair alarm.2. Repair aircon.3. Fit a new sound system.The entire experience with Farouk was very professional, pleasant, and hassle free. We are thrilled with all repairs and the new sound system fitted. Really great service, honest and transparent, which is no longer a standard way of doing business with customers who are people first before an opportunity to benefit financially..Faults were found quickly and expectations were managed and well communicated all the way. Aircon was repaired and working, also great value, showed me commitment to delivering good service first beyond the necessity for money. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Would not recommend this ship to anyone. Made a dent in our car and refused to acknowledge it. In addition, redeemed a full voucher even though they could not work on the car's aircon.

Bradley was on the ball in organising me the best radio within my budget. He really went the extra mile to get stock for me. Great job done with installation as well. All in all, very happy

I just had an Autowatch alarm system fitted to my newly acquired run about I was initially impressed with the fact they could accommodate me on short notice but when I collected my vehicle after a call from them saying it was ready for collection I was disappointed at what I found.Being in the service industry it does not make me proud to write this review after settling my bill I went to my vehicle to leave, upon opening the door the lever for opening the bonnet was lying on the floor broken from its mount on the side kick panel, I informed the guy who informed the floor staff who all look bewildered.After a few moments with no one prepared to take responsibility, I left in a huff. Arriving home, I repaired the broken item and opened the bonnet, how and where they mounted the siren leaves a lot to be desired held on by I screw instead of the allowed 3 and in a location that will hamper service procedures.Wire cuttings was lying all over the floor the cabin sensor fell off when I touched it, dirty hand marks on the fenders. No quality control. In short I will never use Soundmatch Plumstaed and neither will I recommend them to anybody , such shody workmanship and laxed attitude of the staff is a recipe for disaster, so be warned about Sondmatch Plumstead. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately there is no zero star rating.

The staff answered all my questions and gave me good advice. I however had to tell the installer to secure the sub woofer which was standing loose on completiin. I'm am however sure that the oversight would have been picked up during the post installation inspection.

Friendly staff always going the extra mile and providing feedback timeously. I would recommend this store any day. 5 star rating from me.
