Had the pleasure of dealing with Norman and Jaco, so friendly and they had a quick response to my request. The stuff they used worked overnight on my pest issue and is pet friendly, our Jack Russell did the initial investigation before we got to dispose of the kill. I highly recommend Service Master East Rand.
