Awful, should never have used this company. Very sentimental jewelry (engagement ring) stolen out of my home, management very unfriendly and dragging their feet. Told worst case scenario

NEVER use this company!They do not understand the word service delivery. They make plans with you, only to cancel time and time again. In addition, several items were delivered to us damaged. I mostly dealt with Kevin who I had the worst experience with. Please stay away from them.

The only good thing with using this company is that finally my goods arrived. However every interaction with them was beyond infuriating. From getting the quote to logistics to pick up.... not one person communicates with the next. Do your departments even know eachother? I never once had someone actually call me back, I had to follow up each time. Logistics??? Do you guys even know the definition? Then collection sounded easy enough, but no. You might want to do some inter department communication training and then add some customer service/ communication training too... just a tip.

I requested a quote on behalf of our company. Then their employee just kept lying to me, telling me I never replied to her emails, I then forwarded the same email I sent to her. She then proceeded to completely ignore all communication attempts to get in contact with her.

I had a positive experience with this company moving my furniture over 1000KM from CPT to Potchefstroom. I was impressed with how properly they wrapped fragile items as well as large items such as fridges and beds. No item was broken when it reached Potch. One of my pot plants did sustain damage to 3 leaves but I figured that was almost inevitable. I also had a positive experience of their communication. For instance, when their truck was stuck in Pietermaritzburg and I worried about the arrival of my load, they were consistent in updating me. I recommend them.

I had my furniture transported from Cape Town to Potchefstroom on the 28th of January 2022. My staff arrived on the 2nd of February which was the estimated time. But my staff was damaged Stove, couch and Washing Machine. I wrote the complain on the report I received from the their driver and contacted them via email and calls. Until today i have not received response from JH Retief one of their consulted was very rude and did not assist me until date

The mighty have really fallen! If you know what's good for you and your money, DO NOT USE this company. They robbed me off my money and refused to pay my refund for goods not delivered. My experience with them was a nightmare. Damaged furniture and refusal of paying my refund. They over charged me on items and all of them were saying different things, very unprofessional, eventually after back and forth of emails and calls, they came to a conclusion that they were only going to pay me only R500 refund for a 3 seater L shaped couch, medium glass table, microwave and carpets and a box that wasn't delivered to Cape Town from JHB, FIVE HUNDRED RAND ONLY, by the way, I had already made full payment for the goods not delivered. Martin was pretty useless to deal with. I am still very traumatized and will detail the rest of my experience on Hello Peter. Martin is super rude and will ignore all your grievances. I have all the emails to prove what a nonsense company they are to deal with, NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible. Not adhering to arrangements, broken furniture, stolen items and absolutely no response to numerous emails and phone calls. The receptionist just takes a message and you never hear from them.
