Best service out of all the vodacom shops I've ever dealt with!

I would want to stay there as the pictures show that I already posted. It is in the middle of 1 of the most beautiful day hiking trails I ever walked.

First impression was the professional look and feel of Overcell. Assistance was offered immediately. The store, in my opinion, is perfectly placed at the entrance leading to the SPAR.

My experience at this store has not been very positive, because the customer service is poorly set up. Some small consideration for clients would be great. For example, why not have an appointment system for people wanting to sign contracts and transfer from their old phones? And twice I have handed in phones and no one has noted what was supposed to happen to them. So you go back later and they don't even know where they put your phone! My dad is also in his late eighties, so having to stand and wait for long periods is not helpful. More chairs would be great. This store could be so much more efficient if the staff would bother to put customer needs first.
