So the guy meant to be at my place at 08:30 for installation and got there at 09:23 but he called and I agreed, he gets there I tell him am going into a meeting at 10:00 to 10:30 I will be with home at 10:30, at 10:20 the man kncoks at my bedroom door and open before I say come in cause I was in the meeting he says he is leaving he can't wait for me to finish at 10:30 meeting and I didn't answer cause I am in work meeting. He close the door and start searching my house for my gate remote, total stranger searching my house because he can't wait 10 minutes for my meeting to finish yet he came 45 minutes late for my appointment.Who has courage to search their customer's house for remote to let themselves out having not even showed me their blinds or asked If I am happy. The guys left like that but the time I finished with my meeting he was gone.Disrespect on another level, I hate Galaxyblinds with passion. No stranger has ever searched my house

Galaxy blinds came up when we searched for blinds near me in Kensington to replace our Venetian blinds with sheer weave roller blinds. It has made such a difference to the appearance of our home, thanks to the team's excellent workmanship. They work efficiently, quickly, and neatly. We would use them again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Phenomenal service. I ordered online and got the measurements wrong. When I contacted the office, they made arrangements to collect the first blind that was too big, cut it and delivered it back to me and installed it. I am blown away by the service. Thank you.

Poor manufacture, installation and after sales service.Order placed 1st November 2019. 3months later and the installation is still not complete. They have been to my site 8 times already:1. Frosting design was incorrect.2. Skew blinds brought to site, even after saying they where inspected at their office.3. Torn material in blinds.4. Kitchen blinds x 2 are cut by hand and damaged. They expected me to accept the installation like this5. Ensuite blinds are all wrong colour.6. Main bedroom blind x 1 is the wrong dimensions.7. Installers pitch up without the correct tools8. They commit to dates and times to correct the defects, and then they do not pitch up or communicate without me having to follow up.9. There is no sense of urgency to correct these.10. Today, ,7th Feb 2020 was meant to be the final installation date with all the corrections. They did not pitch up and did not communicate with me as to why not.

From start-to-finish, it’s been a seamlessly effortless experience. Leo and his team are incredibly helpful and professional. Philip in particular went out of his way to ensure that my installation went on without a glitch.Thanks, team! You really are the stars!

The sales representative from Galaxy Blinds met us on site within a few days and walked us through the options and gave us his opinion which was taken into consideration.Once we placed the order the production of the material took two weeks longer to manufactured than stated on the quotation/proforma invoice.On installation day the installation team arrived a hour and a half later than indicated. One blind does not sit flush with the window frame as it was not measured correctly or installed incorrectly. Once the installation was completed an technician had to come back to site to straiten another blind, this was doen quickly when asked.All and all we had a good experience with Galaxy Blinds and would recommend them if you are considering to install blinds at your home.
