I was on the drive through and was only told when I got to the collection window that the meat would take 15 minutes. It took more than 30 minutes while they kept serving everyone that came after me. I was told to park on the side and they conveniently forgot to give me my order. The service is horrible. I’m never buying from there ever again. What’s the use of having a drive through if it’s not efficient.

This branch focuses on drive through only. Walk-in customers land up waiting an hour or more to get their order and people start treating the staff badly but I think it is their system it constantly puts the drive through in front of the walk-in

There’s a lady there called Selina, what a phenomenal human being, her customer service skills are sublime, her energy is celestial and her love for what she does is stupendous. She operates like the restaurant is her own business, she goes an extra mile to provide an awesome service and always reminds us to come again soon. I personally only come to this KFC because of this wonderful vibe we get from Selina. Day I open my franchise I’m giving her a managerial offer hahahha, what a star

Customer service was so bad, the workers didn't even care!One went as far as telling a customer to do her own order since she wants special treatment! Needs to be closed down
