Supported this place for over 18 years and will never return again....My fleet card declined and I was treated like it was my card that was a fraudulent card but Standard Bank confirmed over the phone that their machine wasn't registered with them.They treat all fleet card customers like they commiting fraud.....No appollogy from site manager at all.

Customer service in store is pathetic. I bought ice cream which was melted, took it back within minutes of buying it and the person that attended to me said that I had it too long in the car, impossible to have purchased it like that. He refused to replace it, said it was a product complaint that he would report to the rep.

Please can the staff in the store wear their masks? I have witnessed this on so many occasions,tonight 3 staff did not wear their masks, petrol attendants with masks below the nose.That lady in the office also doesn't wear her mask. We are trying to survive a pandemic the best we can, but your staff are so flippant.

Absolutely pathetic car wash. Never going there again. Workers were drinking on the job. Asked for a tip before doing the job (my first mistake). Took around 2 hours from the time my car was in the process of being washed (they weren't busy, just very slow) - Not that the end product showed that they paid attention to detail. Staff were clearly untrained and not interested, even though they secured an additional tip that was almost the cost of another car wash. High price and lots of wasted time. Management were greedy to get money when they were clearly not adequately prepared to do the job. Never again!

Has changed hand so many times and all new design of store plus staff. Love the arrangement of product and service courtyard. Cool car wash and picnic spot. Pity about the riff raff late at night. Hope it's been sorted out. Has potential to be more!

I've been a loyal customer for years. Over this short period this garage has deteriorated badly. I wanted to buy bread after 5 and was unable to because they don't take cash after 5pm. How is that my problem?? I will never shop or fill fuel here again. I'd rather just go to the shell garage which is not too far off. I don't see you guys being in business for much longer.

The new management seems to be running this place down, I have used this garage for almost 30 years but Engen Malvern gives far more superior service.

Pathetic service, thr loyalty poi to was offline earlier so I went in again and they could not assist with getting my points yet I showed the proof of receipt. Management is just dam useless

Bought pies from the garage shop and it made my wife and child sick, when I went back the cashier told me not to buy any pies because they're not baked fresh and sometimes lie there for days

This morning I had the most pathetic service ever. Filled petrol and paid for oil . After almost15 minutes of waiting,no oil came. Went in to complain but staff were too busy to attend to me. Asked for refund which never came. Had to leave as I was getting late for work. My son had to contact the manager and arrange to pick.up my money. According to the manager his staff wanted to refund but I left......after spending almost 20 minutes at the end of it all. Never again will I go there.
