She is very caring and puts lots of effort into creating meal plans and making sure that you stick to your goals (goals you set up with her help)...She talks to you about your history and what could be causing any problems you might have which really helped me realise why the programs i used in the past didnt work... she is gentle but firm in her approach. Always available on email if i need her. Couldn’t be more impressed! Thanks Chene! You’ve made me a better me!
