Nice place but seems there is some issues with the upkeep of these units

The complex have a few issues. The place is dirty. The rubbish is all over the staircase and behind the garages. The dustbins is always dirty they remove the rubbish but don't clean the bins. You can't even leave your front door open and the smell will go into your apartment. Because of that we have problems with mouses and roaches. You will need to fumigate every 3 months at least in your apartment. The water billing is working unfair and they don't want to fit each apartment with their own meters. I'm single and living in a 2 bedroom apartment and use a gas stove my electronic stove don't even work. My water bill is R600 pm my prepaid is about R800 pm. I'll not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not even consider buying or renting here please, there are countless issues with Everything and nothing gets resolved.

Complex is well situated, unfortunately it has durty staircases and the upkeep is lacking. Also the stairs is a risk during a rain storm as the water just runs all over.
