They could be bit more efficient, and have a variety, being in such a big hospital the patients visitors need something more while waiting

A good place to pass the time when someone is in hospital. Great food and light meals. Dessert selection and drinks are especially good. The staff are friendly and accomaditing.

Very slow service and unenthusiastic staff. Cleanliness looks like a problem. Food quality is poor.Had the worst cuppacino ever.

I really loved the service of the place! Heart warming and friendly! Especially since it's situated inside the hospital! The food is the best if ur diabetic or have high blood pressure and more! They add a small amount of sugar or no sugar when it comes to desserts and they add a low amount of salt to food savory food! The atmosphere though is quite sad because of the people who come in due to painful experience but the set up is amazing!!!I do recommend trying the Cafe!

My review is based on the fact that this cafe is not halaal and does not cater for halaal clients. They should seriously consider changing as many Muslim people frequent the hospital.

Started with selecting the least dirty table, then having to call for service. When selecting a menu item, I was told no Quiche, then no sweet potato chips, then no low GI bread. Ended up having coffee only, then waiting ten minutes for the staff to decide who was going to ring up the bill.
