I phoned wanting to buy a double door fridge compressor n this coloured lady told me that they only sell to technicians, Ok they referred me to this technician called DAVID , On their arrival they demanded Ewallet payment or immediate payment n money for coodrink without work done n no invoice, their prices are not evn stable , Criminals

Dont use Polokwane brance!!!!!!!Worst cervice imaginable.Even brance manager does answer the phone.

Don’t use Tecsa Polokwane Central Branch. They are defrauding their customers. On the Wednesday the 6th January 2021, I sent my niece to buy R600a refrigerant gas. She was given a 420g bottle but charged R850.00 for a 6.5kg. They only gave her a quotation with no invoice, and she paid cash. A 420g bottle of R600a refrigerant gas cost less than R200.00, meaning she paid more than 4 times the price. A following up was done on Monday 11th January 2021 and she was told “probably another customer took her bottle and she took that customers’ and there is nothing they can do”. The sales personnel who assisted her on the 6th January 2021 was not there to be identified and they say they had casual sales staff over the holidays, and it could be one of them. Don’t use Tecsa Polokwane Central Branch their sales personnel are defrauding customers.

Worst service ever.They dont send quotes and payment details for us to make payment.They dont answer their phone.Useless.
