Prosecutor Mokoena is very very rude, has no communications skills, whilst speaking to him he was playing loud music on his laptop and not even paying attention to my request.

No answer when phoning, no email for the Court anywhere. How can a government entity opperate properly with such a poor communication service.You want people to pay their fines and everything else but for what? You guys cant even answer a phone, where is the money going to? Do you even deserve your salaries?
