The worst ever when it comes to assistance over the phone. The number is just there for formality sake. If they are not dropping the call on you then they just don’t pick it up at all.

I want thank you guys for your great service and friendly staff. You guys are wonderful. However, you may need to correct/decide whether closing time is 5h30pm or 6h00pm. Online says 6pm but at your store entrance (Erica square, Belhar) the notice says 5h30. It really can inconvenience people who visit the store for the first time.

Hi good day I went to clicks at Erica Square to do self-medication wots bad abt thre service is ppl wait long as soon as a customer comes with a collection then thre number is being called on the screen both assistants are busy with collections ND prescriptions bt we have to wait as we wait the line grows longer ND longer

What kind of a Clicks store is THIS that does not have a generator in case of loadshedding? I went to get my prescription but I was met with closed doors and staff chilling inside the shop. The bloody liqour store outside has a generator but the Pharmacy doesn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pharmacy bad service in general. Always look like a day hospital. Under staff. Stand for hours waiting on help. Clicks plz get more staff at your pharmacy. In the afternoon it's busy if you can't see on your sales figures.
