After being frustrated by their slow service on the drivethru over time, I decided to make my purchase inside the store. Worst decision. Two customers in front of me, still took me 17 minutes to place an order. I came back to collect 46 minutes after order was placed, and i was told to wait 30-40 minutes. In that time, i witnessed a number of very frustrated customer.May be not for me, because i don't see myself going back to that outlet, but please have a look at the goings and happenings of that establishment.

Good customer service. Facility and staff COVID compliant. Second time coming here, I normally get kfc next door because of the long queue here. Drive through is not fast, fortunately this time I was not in a hurry. Had extra hot chicken livers and lemon galibowl (spinach and chicken was quite a good proportion)Food is tasty!

The worst service I have ever gotten from any fast-food restaurant. We waited over an hour in the drive-thru and decided to order inside. Another 45 minutes of waiting inside to order we were told that they are not taking any more orders until the other orders are out. There were so many other customers that either got the wrong food or have been waiting over 2 hours for their food. I would love to personally phone the owner and complain. This is ridiculous. We went to KFC and ordered food there. Within 7 minutes we got our food.

Worst service ever don’t go to this Restaurant unless you have an hour to waste doesn’t matter if its drive through or dine in only one cashier working at all times trust its not worth it, slowest service ever

You can have any flavouring as long as it is 'HOT'! We ordered 'Lemon & herb' but the whole order, including the burgers, were HOT!Check your order, we had one item missing, a 'pap' which the server insisted it was in the box where the half chicken was in! After emptying the packet & opening the box to show that it was not there only then did she get off her chair to get us one.Will not be going back to Galito's, there are plenty of other food outlets that offer better service & food.

Bought Good times feast. Chicken and chips were extremely salty. Chips were burnt and dry. I often buy the same meal and either chicken is not fresh or chips extra salty. Today's meal was the worst.
