Great new restaurant with a large lounge area. The perfect place get some drinks with friends and eat some fancy platters.They also have their own in-house wines and a really interesting vibe. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Stanford or passing through.

I visit here regularly. The staff and owner make sure to make everyone feel welcome while serving delicious food. The menu changes on a regular basis, often with an Asian influence to some dishes.Make sure to ask for the fresh harvest as the owner frequently forages fresh muscles and/or sea lettuce.

I was warmly welcomed on a cold and Eskom-ed night. Loadshedding no problem for the friendly and helpful people at Searles! The food was fantastic; service fast and efficient and the atmosphere exactly what I needed to put a smile on my soul.

If you're in Stanford, definately worth a visit. Easy laid back environment, hospitable staff, and the food was outstanding. The place has an eclectic yet elegant charm, and the owners were pleasantly friendly.

Excellent new restaurant on Stanford High Street. Freshly foraged nori, delicious trout from Lesotho, and food made with love and creativity. Highly recommended!

Fab meal out. Wanted a pizza but most places were shut on a Sunday night. Found this gem in Stanford. Perfectly cooked trout followed by delicious pudding. And good tequila sunrise also.

We were really surprised at the extensive and varied menu. Wow! We enjoyed the sashimi trout handroll, sout lamb ribbetjies and a pork belly bao bun - accompanied by grapefruit frozen margaritas. The service was friendly, warm and attentive. Nice atmosphere.
