Jetta & Golf City

Yoh I was soo very impressed with them today.A few minutes before calling them i spoke to a sales person at G...wag.n who couldn't find the wipers relay on my Golf.I then called J&G City, when the lady who answered told me that particular year model does not have a relay but a control box. She went on explaining where it was situated, she could even show me if i bring the car to them. Well i went there when i couldn't find it and the salesman explained to me again, then came and laid down underneath the dashboard and showed me exactly where it was.I went home and took it out.I was very impressed with the service even after they knew they didn't have the part i needed. Agents only.*****, 5 stars for awesome service.

Awesome service, if they don't have what you looking for they will find it for you and there pricing is very good as well.

Excellent... They friendly and welcoming... The muslim guy with the beared is the best, he knows what he is talking about... I left my gearbox with them to fix, im hoping and praying that he does an excellent job...Service is top class..

Bad service the owner Nazeema would not refund an UNUSED car part which costed R50 if the part doesn't fit your car what else is there to discuss it just does not fit end of stortt. Part was not used and could be resold..And what is up with having drug addicts to assist your customers who was so rude and high from the night before. A measly R50 extremely disappointed. This is worst service I have ever received at any place I shopped before.

Great little shop. Staff (I think owners) know their part compatibility and very very helpful.Original second hand parts for a fraction of the cost.
