Good vaccine service! Friendly and compassionate nurses (sisi Maria is awesome!). Efficient telephonic booking system. Signage for vaccine registration needs to be clearer (start at counter 7, not at the clinic) but otherwise, a great experience!

Always have to wait in a long cue at the pharmacy. I had to wait about 45 minutes before being helped and then you have to wait in another long cue to pay for the medication. Their system isn't working. They also never have the medication I need in stock, they always have to order and then I have to go back again to collect it.

What a bunch of useless people, you are by far the worst clicks I have ever been to and I hope your entire management team get fired! Honestly have never seen such a disgusting bunch of staff attitudes before and for such Kak service I will have zero empathy when you're all fired ...

Clicks Cresta is my favourite...I go there to fetch my medication after every 3 mths..their service is excellent!!!

I went to Clicks Pharmacy in Cresta this morning and arrived just after 8. The shop was open (as per the website) but the pharmacy section was locked. I asked one of the staff members what the problem was and he told me they were waiting for the key, so I sat down to wait. Eventually, at approx 08:30, the manager of the store, Asanda, arrived and informed me and the other waiting customers that the pharmacy would remained closed until they could sort out the problem with the key. What nonsense!! How can there ever only be one key and one responsible person!! And why did she not come to explain or apologise much sooner? Bad service. I had to leave and go all the way to Clearwater to get my script. Cresta branch must really improve their customer service!
