Been dealing with Junaid from Northside Electrical for years. Always provides excellent service and has good knowledge of the electrical industry. Northside also stocks most of our requirements (electrical contractors).

Annoying. Products are heavily marked up. It's a constant negotiation for a reasonable price. Service was fine, but you end up feeling like they think you're stupid when they try selling you something with more than 400% mark-up. I'm not one to negotiate like that. Just give me a fair price the first time.

Service is terrible so is management ,how is it that 2 people from the same vehicle is also not allowed into the store? Management rules? Dumb thats all .No value of customers due to management thinking they own the store just so they can relax and act busy

I am very disappointed with the service. We Buy alot of fittings from Northside, however Ballito branch failed to provide after sales service to 2 x fittings that I purchased from Briardene branch. Although the gentleman seems helplful, says that he is going to fix your problem, it has been almost 2 years and despite giving me his mobile number etc, no feedback was received. 1 unit has been temporarily removed, another works whenever it pleases. I am on the verge of removing it, but I will not purchase Northside quality, even my business will stop buying here. PS. The units are out of warranty in all probability, and I was prepared to pay for them to be repaired or if they can't be, at least told so.
