Very bad service, not gotten any of the promised reports or documents. Never got my refund. Took it to the small claims court of Justice. They deliberated a judgement in my favor and Mr Alexander has still not paid since December 3rd. Will take this further for Fraud and Theft at the Commercial Crimes Unit. It is despicable to take advantage of people when they are in distress and think they contact a legit company.
