Flying Fitness Aerial Studio
Flying fitness Aerial Silks at the Shed on Spier farm is an amazing venue and experience. I (personally) do not need any other gym as aerial silks train and strengthen my whole body - especially the core and upper body. Training at Flying Fitness is not just a work-out but also a social experience of connecting with other people where silk students encourage one another - a true sense of camaraderie. I can definitely recommend training with Jesyka Sham for a new fun way to get fit, strong, lean and boost one's confidence

Training at flying fitness aerial silks is such an amazing way to stay fit and to improve your self confidence. Training there was the highlight of my week and the people felt like family. Jesyka is such a supportive and inspiring coach. I would definitely recommend trying a class!

We have been doing silks here for 6 months plus now. Beautiful facility. The instructor is extremely competent both in performance and in teaching. Always kind, yet disciplined. My child gains fantastic muscle conditioning, suppleness and proprioceptive skills.
