Most of the cashiers are miserable and rude. The bakery no longer has an interesting variety of cakes and pastries etc and the hot food standards are on the decline.

I grew up in Pinelands and used to frequent this Spar which was always amazing but after visiting recently for the first time in years, I'm very sad to say it has definitely gone downhill. The bakery, fresh foods and cold meats counters are certainly not what they used to be. Pity.

Although the power was out when I was there, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they still managed to present me with a variety of food for lunch. Definitely one of the best Spars on town!

Decent grocery store. Has most things that you need. For more specialized products go to a larger store. Great veges and meat. Often great promotions.

My favourite place I love this spar so clean and neat with awesome staff well some of them lol but still love spar especially when they have a sale going lol without the sale it's quit alot of money I guess it's quality for good money

This Spar is a bit small so obviously they cannot stock everything you would need.But they do have quite a large variety of goods. I found it useful for when we visited my brother in Pinelands to buy a cool drink, cakes and snacks.It’s your basic store that serves a purpose for your everyday household needs If you are looking for more specialised items then this is not the store for you and you should go to a bigger branch.

Their telephone number is a hardware store in Port Elizabeth! Dreadful shop, worst Spar I've ever been into. I wanted R500 cah from the till... there were 5 tills open and NOT ONE had R500... rubbish place... go elsewherr
