There’s always some confusion or lack of coordination with which customer to serve. This is usually followed by customers getting annoyed and making use for the hooters. I think this is due to the fact that a busy service station, in prime area near one of the busiest malls, has very little staff fuel attendants. This is something I noticed for the last few years of filling up here. The staff are good, hard working and friendly.

Extremely slow service, waiting times are always ridiculous. Only use them because of UCount points, otherwise definitely not my service station of choice.

Nice service. Just don't tap a Amex on anything but a Nedbank pay point. It will show a false negative payment. So you may end up paying twice. If it does happen they will help you once you confirm it wasn't reversed so well done to staff. The fuel itself is not the most efficient but it is close enough. The food is good and when you don't have options they are open. Cheap chicken packs. But the fresh food is a bit expensive as well as the new price of hotdog rolls. You can R60 without realising. Very good braai selection with frozen meat, charcoal, wood and prepacked potatoe salad.

Such good food and service for the price. Honestly I've never been disappointed. Works well for people who work call and are in a hurry. 15 min waiting at most

Visited today and waited ages for service. Was really annoyed to find that the last set of pumps has tyre pressure for trucks only; if you’re wanting to fill tyre pressure, you have to drive to another pump and that delayed even more.

Terrible service every petrol attendant was just standing not attending so I guess he wanted me to come to him but I already parked on the Opposit side but he will not bother . Asked for a manger and he was very rude and useless and was happy for me to take his name is Alvin . Such awful service needs to be escalated to all social networks because I’m so disgusted!

Waited almost 10 minutes, no petrol attendant came to see to us. Felt worse when a car came by after mine and another vehicle and was served before us. Service has Dropped Severely, the Shell up the road is a much better, more Modern and cleaner option.
