Perth Solar Warehouse & PSW Energy

PSW installed a 6.6kW solar system last month. They came through with an excellent value-for-money deal, and were flexible at point of sale to ensure we got the package to meet our needs. The package was installed by an in-house team (led by Joel) that was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and accommodating. They fitted an extra panel on our northern roof, for example. The job was done quickly and expertly within a single day. Joel patiently explained the inverter and connected the SEMS portal app so we had nothing to arrange ourselves. The team didn't leave a trace of packaging behind. After sale care was also excellent with a phone call to check whether everything was functioning. We were very impressed!! Great work PSW!

PSW we’re great from start to finish. From first contact their Comms were great and very professional. Installation happened on schedule and to a great standard. Very pleased and will be hiring them again soon to install EV charger.

Had a Tesla Wall Connector Gen3 supplied and installed.The quote process is smooth. The sales responded promptly. When I have further questions that they are not sure, they queried their electricians and then sent back to me rather than gave me inaccurate answer straight away. Happy with this process.The electrician arrived on time. We had a quick chat and I mentioned my preference on the work. The electrician is patient and easy to communicate. He figured out what I really want and did the job in the way I like.The safety certificate was sent to me the next day which is excellent.All in all, I recommend the service

I was shopping for solar for some time and received quotes from as many places as I could. I had spreadsheets, the whole lot. I happen to come about PSW through internet advertising and had them send me a quote. The quote was on par with the other best price quotes I received but with a free consumption monitor and black mounting rails so I said I'd give them a go. The communication from sales to installation to documentation was flawless. The person running the installation was highly professional and his installation was perfect with great attention to detail. All in all, I couldn't recommend these guys more. Huawei 6.6KW with Trina panels.

I had my Tesla wall connector installed by PSW. The installation team was very professional and explained everything. I did all the communications through email, and it was an easy process from start to finish. And PSW prices were competitive as well. I am very happy with the service I received.

Good experience from start to finish. The staff I spoke to on the phone at different times were very nice, friendly & helpful. I have used PSW in the past as well as now & would do so again. The guys who did the install knew what they were doing, no fluffing around.

Really good experience with PSW, they supplied and fitted the system we wanted at a price we were happy with. The process was super easy, not much at all really required from us they took care of it all. Lots of follow up information for us to read through to make sure we are getting the best from the system. Very happy so far :)

After obtaining what seemed unreasonable quotes from electricians to install a Tesla Wall Charger (installation only), a friend suggested to reach out to PSW. Russell Barnett at PSW was extremely helpful responding to my request. In no time we had an installation booked for the following week. The team notified us confirming their arrival time, and completed the installation within a couple of hours and in the process being accommodating where to install it. Very professional organisation. Josh from sales was easy to deal with, explained the system clearly and was not pushy at all. Rhyce and Nick were the installers and they were very polite and did a great job. First full day on a 6.6kw Trina / Goodwe system and I got 37.30 KWH. That's pretty good. I went with them because they were priced competitively, but conducted themselves with integrity. The other companies I got quotes from had pushy sales staff from overseas call centres, used subcontractors, were very very aggressive in their sales, advertised heavily, including using celebrities and sports personalities as 'ambassadors', and they were just not very professional (they kept on bad mouthing Perth Solar Warehouse to get a sale). Perth Solar Warehouse, in true Australian fashion, conducted themselves with integrity and refused to say anything negative about their competitors. They were not the cheapest, but the extra money you pay them allows them to spend a whole day on the job and do it properly, instead of rushing. It also allows them time to provide backup support if needed. They were not the most expensive, those guys with the celebrities and sports personalities were the most expensive. They probably have to charge more to pay for the heavy marketing expenditure. I think I got really good value with Perth Solar Warehouse and have recommended them to my friends.
