So far so good. Technicians were out promptly to assess the work to be done and were very pleasant to deal with. Easy communications with the technician when following up certain queries. So waiting for the installation towards the end of the week.

I-TECH SOLUTIONS ! Is the best! I found their services online and I called them about my PC and I then went to go see their branch in PMB for assistance. I brought in my PC which had charging problems and I urgently needed to have it repaired for work and they managed to fix it within 1 day! I totally thought it might cost me an arm and leg but it was so affordable! They even cleaned it up a bit for me.I’m definitely taking it back to get a proper service! They were so communicative and efficient and very easy to talk to ! I highly recommend their services - 5/5

I have ordered an extended wifi router from them through payjustnow they told me it's out of stock. I have been trying to cancel the order they cannot help instead they ignore me. Payjustnow said they need instruction from itech solutions in order for them to refund me. Please help
