Shocking service. This is the 3rd time that I have ordered food on the MrD app only to have the order never picked up from the restaurant. Then when trying to call the contact centre they take 10 mins on average to answer the call and then get hung up on. Then when calling again after holding for 8 mins someone answered the call but never spoke to me... all I could hear was kids playing in the back ground! This is frustrating service for what is supposed to be a convenient and pleasant experience. I will be deleting the app and start using Uber Eats. Ingenious convenience"... is their motto!! I beg to differ."

I ordered food from Freshstop clairwood, checked out with a snackme gift. I was taken to wait for confirmation. I waited over 10 minutes. It did not come but my money and gift was gone. I checked my orders to see if it went through, and to my suprise it did not. I called numerous time but the number does not exist. I sent two queries and received one email saying they will look into the situation. Another ten minutes has passed but I have not been recompensated.

They can't communicate properly. I have been left without a meal several occasions. They can take your money quickly but not resolve the issue as fast or never resolve the issue(s)

Terrible service. Got notification that my take a lot order was at their Morningside branch at 11 am. And delivery to me would only be Monday. Called them waited 30 min for someone to answer only to be told they too busy to hand me the item at the door. And I was literally busy with a job in the same street. Will never use them again.

Absolutely shocking service. They can't even hire drivers who can read or confirm whether they are handing food over to the correct person or not!Their resolution was a full refund. The restaurant that was ordered from was closed by the time they resolved" the issue. It wasn't actually resolved and they just stopped communicating. Bloody useless."

Ordered a mc Donald's happy meal for my son and the restaurant forget to pack the toy.I called Mr Delivery and they couldn't do anything except give me free delivery on my next order.This was really disappointing especially for my son.
