hi - Parow Centre
Stay away from that store very bad customer service..I have to do there job for them..did an insurance claim by them it's more than nearly 2 months..they didn't call me or anything I called the insurance company myself,had to take off from work to go to the store myself yesterday only they sendthe cellphone away to the insurance..stay away from the parow store !!I got no call back from the store nothing had to call them whole time to find out what is happening

Im very unhappy with the servive i recieved from the Hi store... Such a large company with such bad Business i purchase a sell phone cash in March and only had the for 3months the phone started giving problems..I send the phone in on the 3 August 2020 ,callled the store a few weeks later and the phone has mot been sent for repairs yet... Its been 4weeks now already, called the store again to find out what the process is... They then advised 21days... Its 2months already and yet no feedback yet...store moved with no communication to the customer no what soever... Keep calling the line is just ringing... During this time of the pandemic i understand that it take longer then usual but 2months is rediculous.... Unhappy and still waiting for my mobile!!!!

It is a very small shop and not much to choose from, at least staff was friendly.
