Terrible!!!! Phone the agent 6 times, sent messages. No reply. When she eventually answered it was a HUGE inconvenience for her and she was not interested.

I was sold a house with hidden faults, not approved plans. I knew about some of them and signed for it , but the too low carport with too thin poles was never mentioned. Also a bee nest was to be removed, but Mark never followed up, despite repeated requests and empty promises. I recorded a message from the bee people who said they only came once, and Mark said I must be patient as it will be done in phases and they will come again. Very dissapointed.
