The Foschini at this mall requires some serious attention from the management team. I have never gone there and been provided with good service; the staff are evidently less than interested in their jobs. I'm a very patient person and have always wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but all 4/5 times I've been there since the existence of the store, I've been left extremely disappointed. In addition to all that, the store is forever EXTREMELY untidy! It makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. I will never set foot in that store ever again.

The customer service is shocking. I recommend sending all your staff on customer service training to try and make them understand how important customer service is for a boost in your sales. At this rate your sales will continue to decline.

Terrible customer service, no one to help, guess the staff would be cleaning up but the clothes are a mess, setup is bad, phones in the way of the line which took 43 min to finally reach a till this time of the year, staff just drag their feet and pull faces when asked why it's slow, no answer just upset faces. Avoiding this place for good.

I bought a laptop.And returned it back since it was giving me issues.It's been 2 weeks now I've been waiting for you guys to call me back to fetch my laptop.I'm now missing out on lot of school work.I'm so disappointed with your services
