Baily and Harry, were on time, very helpful, polite and easy to communicate with. They got the work done quickly and professionally and left everything clean and as they found it. Very helpful, knew there stuff and answered all questions that I had about the job.

Quick and efficient service. Ryan came out to quote on the same day I called and the team were out to install a day later. Eddie and Bailey were pleasant to deal with, and completed their job efficiently, leaving no mess at all. Would definitely use again, and will request the same team.

Very disappointed with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTI asked for a safety certificate before renting my house out, a guy came, tried to talk me into upgrading my meter box into a better one ( even though he said he could still issue the safety certificate without the upgrade)Was saying it will only cost 2k but «  dropping it down just for me better get it quick »I said no thank you, if its all good then just send the certificate.Received a certificate that said the smoke alarm did not comply with standards.Went to another company in the area and had no issues at all.

We had Eddie & Bailey install a Dahua camera at our Business’ site, and relocate some cables for us. They were on time, finished super fast whilst still doing an amazing job. Super friendly guys too. Definitely recommend ☺️

We lost power completely late Wednesday and had Matt come out to quote first thing Thursday. Matt was great and very professional from start to finish, answered all questions and left us confident in our decision to upgrade our switch board. A couple of hours later Eddie and Jye turned up. Incredibly friendly from the outset and got straight to work. Both fellas went above and beyond in explaining the technical issues and finding resolutions. Really cannot stress how good the lads were, a breath of fresh air in the trades industry. Jye found our faulty outdoor GPO which we didn’t even know existed (in the house 9 years)! This is the second time in 3 months we have used Smart Fix Electrical (boiler last time) and cannot recommend them highly enough. We will 100% be using them in future.

Highly recommended. The boys at smart fix go above and beyond with a friendly service. Eddie and Bailey arrived early as per my request and helped me move heaps of things around to achieve my goal of setting up our new tele on the day. They provide additional guidance on other electrical work and even stayed until the setup was complete. Will definitely be using smartfix again for my electrical work!

Justin and Travis, Electricians did an excellent job installing our new mains fuse box, new bathroom ceiling lights, fans, heaters and a new transformer in an external light fitting.They were on time, considerate to us, cleaned up and were most helpful and expert.The final cost we paid was as per quote.We will use Smartfix again for sure. Callum,Alex,Sean and Kyle came out to my house and installed a new toilet.Also installed and fitted rangehood and gas cooktop looks fantastic.All four of them were very professional,efficient and friendly.Would highly recommend Smartfix to get the job done at a very affordable price....I will be calling them in the future with any electrical needs I require thank you.
