I am not impressed. Come all the way from Pretoria, first lied at re clasp not ready maybe sold to someone, had appointment for fetching. Cynthia should explain situation! return for clasp, get battery from Vincent, dead battery, return again, get right battery at last. Hope it works. Omega should be concerned.

Great service! My watch was repaired on time and professionally. Unfortunately there is no repair report provided. I had to ask them to check if a pressure test was done. But other than that it was a good experience.

I am so disappointed with Swatch service. I took my watch on the 21/2/2022 for a battery to be replaced and the bezel on my watchface to be replaced. I have contacted Swatch shop in Sandton twice in May to find out where my watch is only to be told it has not been done yet. I then phone Swatch Group to complain and find out where my watch is in June, only to be told that the person I need to speak to is out to lunch and they will phone me back, it is now the 6th July and I am still waiting.......I bought a Swatch watch because of their after sales service, seems the joke is on me.

Have been trying to in touch with this Service Center by email or phone for over two weeks and have received absolutely NO RESPONCE. Hard to believe, BUT will keep on trying must be some kind of a glitch on their side.UPDATE:minutes after posting, my phone call was picked up, and had a pleasant conversation with assistant. They have located my emails, and will work on request.Changing from 1 star to 4 stars. (so far :) )

Regrettably my review of the Swatch South Africa is very poor. They stated very clearly on their website a last order date so that deliveries would take place before Christmas. I placed an order well within that limit. It is now the 4th of January, and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.Furthermore, their call centre is “very busy” and then just cuts the caller off.The corporate phone number is also not available.So, in essence Swatch Switzerland should be very embarrassed having a pathetically poor service agent such as their representative in South Africa

Bought my son a swatch watch less then a year ago. It stopped working and the manager at Sandton City was shockingly unhelpful. You spend a lot of money for a watch that only works for under a year??? And the rude management doesn’t help your company either. The call centre had been busy for 30 minutes before I was assisted. Luckily, I got a helpful call centre agent. But the rest of the rest from the Sandton store was disgraceful.

The clasp on my watch was worn. They had a 2nd had spare in store and replaced the component without any materials charged. I only had to pay for labour and it took 10mins.

Terrible service they have my watch for.more than a month ..no updates provided..I had to call in only to be told that I have to wait..no explanation given..told the person to get the manager to call me.still waiting on the call..kinda puts me off buying omega in future

Hi Swatch group, being trying to get hold of someone the whole day calls not going through, bought a watch from Sandton Store really disgusted with service from the manager and really not helpfull, also i cant believe you cant even do a refund,Really dissapointed with service
