Had to send a parcel to Bloemfontein very urgently on the 24th of December - when no one else could help me. Bonita went the extra mile to ensure the parcel was delivered the very next day at a lower price than most competitors. Great service.

Disappointed! I phoned to confirm policies and processes, requested a quote and accepted a quote based on the information supplied. I needed to overnight parcels from JHB to PLZ as a matter of urgency. Payment was made and pop sent at 14h16, only to be told money had to reflect in their bank acc before they will do anything?? This is after I was told that I need only send the POP and they will deliver before 11h00 tomorrow morning. Unacceptable to catfish customers like this.

I'm not impressed with the service at all, My parcel was shipped Monday from durban and I haven't got it. It arrived on Wednesday at Globe Flight in Walmer and I got an update that it will delivered on Thursday at 12:00pm. After 12 I called and they told me that the person who delivers to Motherwell will only deliver on Friday

I received an SMS that my stove will be delivered yesterday. I stayed at home the entire day and waited, and nobody showed up – my time was completely wasted. I cant get feedback from anyone when my stove will be delivered. I will be laying a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.
