This staff is unwilling to assist in clearly a matter that was a mistake on their behalf. Management go out shopping for hours and not willing to face unhappy customers. Do not shop here. Waisted of money, time and they just cheese you off.

They didn't allow me to buy at their false advertising price. (176pm x24 months.) They didnt even express gratitude for fixing their problem. - I'm not even mad. Staff are totally disinterested. Not even a greeting. Everyone is playing on their phones. Unbelievable. We left with our R 20k and went elsewhere. This business needs serious attention.

If I could put a minus star I would. I bought a printer a year plus ago 2 days down the line I brought it back it was printing albinos I asked them to take it back and they said it's a small issue they will sort it out. Cut the long story short I have been in this shop almost every once in 2 months with it printing albinos. Yesterday I brought it back they told me to come the next day which is today. The printer is not printing at all, they are telling me in summary it is my problem.
