I am in this place every time I am in the area or have any money in my pocket the quality and service of this place is just super.

Sadly disappointing experience my husband and I have been ordering frequently from there menu different mealsIn this week alone we ordered 3 times and there service delivery level had dropped tremendously we place a order we get a reply a hour later with just a hi and only after a few mins later when we ask do they actually confirm the order today we placed a order at 1134am for Akini and Calamari again only a hour later after my husband asked if they processed the order they send a thumbs up then 2 hours later when my husband checks on the order they advised they cannot proceed with the Calamari then when we call to ask about the order they more irritated and want to get us off the phone and that once they have a driver they will send the food eventually the food arrives at 1540 and this was supposed to be for Sunday lunchThere food is lovely but on many occasions they forgot something from the order and today again. There responding time service delivery has become very unprofessional,never have we waited this long for food order.Seriously disappointing

Disgusting customer service and inability to read orders and delivery addresses.Think twice before ordering from this place, I know that I will never order again.

Nawaal have absolutely no way or idea of dealing with customers, I phoned in for an order, and after 45 phoned in to follow up, said the driver is on route, another 30 minutes later the driver were still not at my place with the food, I had to spend R 50 airtime to follow up on my order, she doesn't phone to follow up and had the audacity to hang up on me and speak over me on the phone, I went to the shop with the driver and she wanted to put the blame on he, I gave her a bit of my mind and she stood with a smug on her face,service really are down the drain, they told me Rafiq will phone me still waiting, they out to make a quick buck but can't deliver on their promises, told me that Layla were out of shop, but when I arrived she stood right there, and could not make any managerial decision,discusting service and customer care does not even make justice, and I am sure nothing will come from it, as that's the way they deal with their customers

Good prices, excellent food. Friendly staff, convenient times and fantastic delivery and take-away services.

Always freshly baked goods and if any baked goods remained from day before it goes on giveaway sales in the morning

Ordered two pizzas from them and waited for some time but once my food arrived I understood why. Best pizzas hands down definitely worth the wait we ended up ordering the next day again.Keep up the amazing service and food. WELL DONE

Ordered a full house masala steak sandwich and waited quite long. Wasn't expecting to wait so long but really glad I did. It was amazing! Proper size. Packed with chips and worth the wait.Lesson learnt. Their food takes time but it's worth it!
