The service is amazing. Our car is old and they went out of their way to obtain parts to do the repairs. Electrical, full service and suspension. A highly recommended company. Thank you to all the staff. You are the best.

CARtime Hillcrest is unprofessional.Took my car in for service last month and it was the most terrible experience ever.The manager lied to me and said if we don't change the car belt now it would cost us about R45 000 to fix it in the future.When I took this supposedly 'worn out' car belt to get a second opinion from another service provider, they told me that the belt was perfectly fine and only needed to be changed after another 20 000km.They failed to explain to me what most of the service was about and did unnecessary services (without asking) to try and take us much money out of me as possible.Another big thing is they did not even sign the service book so I had to go back to the place to get it signed.Also, one of my tyres had a nail stuck in it and they never told me about it.They are completely useless and unprofessional.Don't take your car here is you want an honest and professional service because these people will not give you any of it.Update:The regional manager has contacted me to resolve the complaint.

A little slow on the service delivery but no complaints as yet

My car took 2 days longer than promised for the repairs. Wrong parts delivered and one excuse after another. Then they demand the balance of the payment before I have even test driven it myself. I had to get the area manager Dinesh involved, and I'm still waiting for my car. If it's not here by 17.00 this evening, I will go on all the social media platforms. I've had my car serviced at Hillcrest branch for the last 4years, but never again!!

I took my car to Cartime Hillcrest 2 weeks ago for a service I must say that the service was outstanding, The manager Shaun was so friendly and helpful, makes getting your car services easy and convenient, I recommend using the Hillcrest branch to all my family and friends as I was impressed with the service level.
