Food is good and reasonably priced service at times is slow .If you are willing to wait you won't be disappointed . Chicken is raw at times . Donate a 2rand to kfc or to the professional beggars .

Very disappointed with the overall experience. Poor service, dry, expired product. No drinks available besides buddy Coke. Staff working drive thru, no focus on in store customers.

This is the worst KFC by far that I've been to. Every single time we are there the order is wrong or a mistake was made with the order, we wait for 40+ minutes, the staff is rude and unfriendly. Drive through is useless as you always get asked to go and wait in parking and then it still takes 20+ minutes for order to come. All that being said the food is good but it's not worth the wait and bad service.

The level of service and friendliness has really gone down. Orders always take incredibly long, card machine hardly works and vagrants take over the space directly outside the store. Sadly this is the case with most KFC outlets
