The worst service you can imagine. I ordered online and still had to wait an hour for a small real deal. There was no point in ordering online. They take their time and the line for collection is backed up. They randomly skip order numbers, 251, 220,234...no order whatsoever. Its not the first time. I'm thoroughly disappointed..New review 12 December 2021:The response sent to the previous post lead to no action.I ordered again today at 14:41 pm and now 2 hours later am I only getting my cold pizza. I'm displeased.

Debonairs Lemo Mall is indeed one of the best outlets for me. Great staff, friendly and professional. Relatively quick service.... Definitely my favorite.

I bought a pizza the other night and it turned out to be a disaster. Even uploaded a video to Facebook. The bottom layer did not have toppings/fillings. I felt disrespected. Hope they have improved now since I did escalated the matter.

Bad service I have received today.Ordered a pizza at 2:25 and it's now 16:16 and the pizza hasn't arrived... I keep calling the store and all they do is say they gonna call me back

I ordered pizzas and a 1.5 ltr of stoney ginger beer on 2023-04-28 but the drink delivered was sprite. I called and let them know that wrong soft drink was delivered and was promised the right one till now nothing was done about it. I think from now on I will only order pizza no more ordering things like soft drinks from them. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to pizza
