Lack of customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Request upfront payment and find excuses to pass on credit. Still waiting for my refund after requested product that was paid for was not available. More than five emails sent to request refund and each time they are stalling.Anybody that pays upfront, which is what they require. Be warned!!!!
