This clinic don't know how to work each department as they own way of working the staff are rude to the people if one go on lunch no one to help them in the department the people must sit in the hot sun wait for them today one guy work ther got no way of talking to anyone we are tax payer they need to know who is paying for they wagesSome one need to teach them how it works we are not dogs

I went there for vaccination of my 6 weeks baby, usisi wabantu Kuba ake angibuke kwasemahlweni nje mane wathi ingane Ena 6 weeks iqala e 3 as if I knw where that room 3 is at, when I ask where is that room 3 she rudely respond wathi 1

I am here right now since 7 o'clock in the morning. Still here. Their service is slow and bad. They do not care about the patients and how they might be feeling. I should have not rated this clinic, the star is only for the security at the gate, he knows how to treat people otherwise the workers inside are bad. Ungaze ufe useClinic unganakiwe. It's sad because a person who came early in the morning is the same as the person who came late afternoon. This is not fair. Please management talk to your staff members, this is really irritating.

This is my second time coming to the clinic as a new mom and no man! This is not it. The nurses are very rude instead of telling me in a polite way that you missed a step she shouts saying now what is she supposed to do coz I didn't test for HIV. I'm not saying I'm wanting to be constantly reminded but the way they were so rude in the morning calling us to come inside you definitely wouldn't even try asking anything ngoba iskhathi abanaso. The one star is for Nurse N. Masondo who helped me the first time she was very understanding and helped me in all ways she can. Ngyabonga Mama
