Good service only down side is the lack of signage and direction for customer separation from workshop area

Customer service are two words that dont exist here. Firstly, it's so unclear who exactly works here, nobody is wearing any sort of uniforms. At first you have no idea where to go or who to speak to, to be helped. To top it off they expect you to pay first and then just wait while no one tells you whats happening. I waited exactly an hour for two tyres! That did not even need to be fitted! The waiting time is so frustrating. I honestly don't blame the workers. There is a very clear lack of communication and direction by Management/Ownership. This place needs to put in place better management and customer service. The only thing they have going for them is their prices nothing else. Go to this place if you want good prices and terrible customer service!

Great pricing but very rude. Called me after I had left the place and told me to my face I am stupid and cannot read English. Absolute shocking.

I noticed that I needed a new tyre this morning. I was near was near Wheel - Tech and visited them. Awesome service, within 2 hrs I had 4 new tyres fitted, balanced, alignment done, all sorted. Even the price was right. Thanks guys.

Bought a set of rims for my car and the service was excellent!! Need to say a big shukran to Moeneeba who was very friendly and knowledge!!!Huge selection of rims to choose from, you won't be disappointed.One piece of advice for potential buyers, get there early because they are very busy!
