I accidentally made a mistake As I was ringing lots of evaporative companies. NRS came to help straight away and the specialist was very knowledgeable about our Harmony Breeze Air and is able to fix it at a good price. Thankyou NRS for your professionalism.

Worst air conditioning company in Perth! Sent a guy out to spend 4 hours fixing the wrong aircon and then they sent me a bill for $800 and it made the problem worse.Had another company come out for $150 what a joke do not waste your time

Booked 1 month in advance for a no show.When I called they claimed it was an afternoon booking. Receptionist assumed the customer is wrong. Afternoon was inconvenient for me, told even though booked a month ago for a service I would have to wait again for another two weeks. If I have to wait two more weeks, I’ll wait for another company.

We have been using NRS for approx. 5 years now, they are always courteous and very professional. As a family business speaking to the director was never a problem. I would recommend using NRS to anybody.

ZERO stars, but Google will not allow it.I've been waiting for my aircon to be fixed since early November 2022, well before the heat of the summer. I had expected this to be fixed in a week. Numerous phone calls and empty promises and no shows, now it's Australia Day 2023 and my bedroom is unbearable and I cannot sleep. It appears NRS don't care about their business or their customers at all. If you are a rental agency, I'd stay clear of this company.Rental management had already paid them for the service that they do not provide, citing 'supply issues'. If that is the case, why did they take the money in the first place? They've visited twice and told that roof pitch was too steep. I would have thought fixing aircon units on the roof would be a core business for them and but apparently that's too difficult for them.

Quoted $132 dollars as per their letter, was charged $179.87, was told the $132.00 was a special for December, not mentioned in letter? I intend to lodge my complaint with consumer affairs . Was fobbed off when I spoke to office reception!!

Zero stars if possible, took advantage of an elderly lady. After agreeing on a price the boss decides to ring and say they accidentally left a charge off the quote" and then proceeded to charge even more 1200 turned to 1500 then turned to 1700. When asked about the extra charges decided to ignore the request.Poor business avoid at all costs."

Only 1 because 0 isnt possible. Was meant to have our aircon repaired this afternoon between 12 - 5, someone waited home all arvo, got a call just after 3 saying they'd be there in half an hour, guy never showed and won't answer phone. Now we have 38 degree day coming on Monday and no aircon. Fantastic.

Please read the reviews. Don’t use this company for air conditioning repairs whatever you do. First red flag was when I tried to call multiple times in the 2 weeks following up on a promised quote I could only get through to their external third party messaging service with a promise someone will call back, however they don’t. Paid $255.50 for a technician to “service” 2 aircon units. The only thing he did in that time was wash my return grill and he was done within 20-30 mins. Calling it a service is being generous. One unit was faulty and not operating and was promised a quote which took 4 calls and two weeks to eventually get a call back (hint go onto social media if you actually want a callback). When eventually speaking to a gentleman it was obvious no one even looked at it and they eventually sent a quote of $8200 and advised it’s at least a 7 hour job to fix. I had the manufacturer themselves come out and while it took a few weeks to get them out, it was worth it in the end as they came out fixed the issue ON THE SPOT within 2 hours for almost 1/4 of the price. The manufacturer simply had a lot more knowledge and also fixed my programming issue the NRS could not answer or fix when asked. It now works beautifully again. NRS I hope you read this and don’t bother messaging me back. I felt uneasy with the interaction from the start and glad I only lost $255 as it could have been a lot worse.
