I ordered a bag as a gift for my wife. There was a slight delay with my order, but this was more than made up for by excellent communication from Tlhalefang and the beauty and quality of the finished product was more than worth the wait. What a beautiful gift my friend has. She looks happy, she IS happy and that, makes me happy. I'm impressed by Tlhalefang and his demeanor throughout the process. Sharing of ideas, making adjustments, the patience he had when I struggled to make up my mind. It's always so reassuring to interact with someone who understands that some customers struggle with decision making and he did just that!!!
