The service received here has been warm, welcoming and has felt like home. They attended my issues with care and made sure the process was a smooth one, from the eye test up until having to choose the glass frame. All thanks to Stho, Nkosi, Yolanda, Wendy, Dhevashnee

Thanks to Yolanda Khuluse for such an amazing customer service. The world really needs such humble souls like yourself particularly when serving customers. You were forever smiling when ever you rendered your services and always made sure that you keep your customers happy. If there are nominations for best employee or employee of the in your institution, you should be one of them. Great service at Game City, especially Yolanda. She was so attentive and accommodating, she shipped my specs across South Africa as I could not be there to collect them.

Thanks to Dhevashnee Pillay Optometrist for testing my eyes for the first time, and the entire staff, Nox the manager, Yolanda and Sthobiso are all very professional and friendly. They are very efficient , I must say it was a good experience. I highly recommend Specsaver City view.

In April I contacted Specsavers City View . First and foremost, great telephone etiquette from a very pleasant and Professional young lady named Yolanda Khuluse. Popped into the branch to choose a pair of glasses for my 19 year old , who is currently residing in Eastern Cape. Yolanda was all smiles , courteous and talked me through the process , and ensured I chose something trendy for a teenager . Throughout the process she listened attentively , acknowledged my questions and just delivered Exemplary service. It really was such a breeze. Further to that she called me 5 days later to inform me that the glasses were ready , even more impressive as I had anticipated waiting for at least 2 weeks . Thank you Yolanda for your excellent service and customer care . You are indeed an asset to to the organization. I went there last weekend for my eye test, mind you, I was way past my return date. After putting it off for so long, I decided to book an appointment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by beautiful smiles from Yolanda and Wendy. I then went in to do my test. The optometrist was also very welcoming and friendly. She kept me engaged by taking me through the process and explaining what the results meant, which I really liked and appreciated. After the tests, I went back to Yolanda and Wendy at the front and they assisted me to pick my frame. We were laughing and joking the whole time. Anyone who didn't know us would swear we were great friends. Today, I went to collect my glasses and they seemed so happy to see me. This was at 4pm and these ladies were still so energetic and just awesome. I must say that it has been a while since I experienced top tier service such as this and I just want to say to the ladies, keep up the amazing work and it was an absolute pleasure being serviced by such kind, warm and pleasant individuals. The world needs more people like you.

I would like to thank Yolanda and Wendy for their outstanding customer service. My mother and i have always had an amazing experience with the 2 ladies.
