Our monthly script is never prepared correctly,to the point that meds were not in the package and today we were accused of demanding extra meds. Then i was told that they are now short on there stock and that it had been issued. Subsequently within a matter of minutes they found the stock that was short. Pretty much after accusing us of fraud. Just not good enough.

Worst experience ever!I have a repeat prescription for heart medication. So far, I have ordered via MedExpress at the Clicks Waterstone or picked it up in different pharmacies when on the road, always with the discovery card and without any issues. Besides from the fact that most medicine is never in stock and I have to choose a generic, it was ok.Now there is a rather clueless pharmacist at Waterstone and everything is going down the drain. Tuesday, I tried to get my medicine and got accused of medicine fraud. Apparently, my profile doesn’t show any repeat prescription and they only can help me with emergency medication of 5 pills.I had in January just picked up my set, in the same pharmacy with #1/6 from my repeat medicine and submitted my new prescription together with the order to MedExpress. Now the lady told me there is no prescription and I have to bring the prescription every time. After my reply that I had the last stash ordered via MedExpress and never brought the original prescription after submitting in first place, I was told that MedExpress never submits prescriptions to them and they need the original. After my reply that I have never brought a original prescription to my pickups before and it should be linked at my profile I was just ignored and told I have to get a prescription and bring it otherwise she can not help me. Even after she named a wrong and old address (and I clarified that this is not he correct profile) I was still told that she only can help me with an emergency supply of 5 pills and I have to bring the original prescription for any future medication needs. For 2 years I get this medicine and was never told such bollox on the counter at any pharmacy.Just giving up the discussion, I went home and ordered my new set of tablets via MedExpress for collection. Surprisingly, my repeat prescription was in my profile and ready for reorder. A lady from MedExpress even helped my quite quickly to change it to a new medication that is now covered via the chronic condition benefit. Wednsday morning I got the notification that the order is ready for collection!Today (Thursday) my wife just went there and had the luck to come to the same pharmacist. Besides form the general rude behavior, she was told that one item is not in stock and I should have not received the notification. After that comment she was left alone at the counter without another word and the pharmacist disappeared to nowhere.…Only after my wife was asking a couple of times, standing at an empty counter, what is now with the order and the medicine another pharmacist came and explained that one item is not in stock and it is ordered – I should receive a new message once it is in stock again (what I doubt I will receive, as the order status is already on “ready to collect”)In short I never had such an arrogant and annoying experience of an pharmacy and will for future not use that store again for any personal needs.

The prices are NEVER correct. Warning to all customers: take pictures of the prices you see on the shelf vs when they scan ot at the till. The store daylight robs customers. I wonder what they do with all the extra money they make with the customers who dont pick up the prices are higher when scanning at the till.

Possibly the worst pharmacy ever....simply never have stock of anything... always issues... Everytime I've been there, there is a problem in some shape or form.Pathetic service.OH and don't forget they suppose to open at 08:00 as per their Google listing...and have been open at 08:00 before, but now have decided they want to open at 8:30...conveniently scanned over their shopping times sign on front entrance tof store

Worse experience.I was there to collect my prescription meds on 8 February 2023 and waited in line with a ticket they never called up. Eventually I mustered up the courage to walk up to one of the windows where firstly, I was met with a very unfriendly face, so I proceeded to ask if I can collect my prescription meds of which I had the prescription on my email. I was met with a rude and almost condescending reply of “ so why didn’t your dr email it to us” and she kept on like that for a bit more. I kept calm and asked if I can email it myself and or just show her, she then went on about how the Dr is the only one who can send it, as if the prescription I have is not valid.I chose to leave and went to the pharmacy just across the hall.I’m appalled by this treatment, I’m not sure who appoint these people and especially when they get to work with other human beings on a daily. You need to do better, I refuse to believe she’s the best you have, half of her job is to have basic people skills and she doesn’t have a drop of it. Disgusted to say the least.

Pharmacists are rarely friendly and seem unenthusiastic to help. Service is also painfully slow even if it is quiet. The Clicks system" is also terrible as it cannot pick up my account that is linked to my card and that takes another 5-10 minutes for them to figure out and nothing is ever done about it. I won't be supporting Click anymore. Terrible customer experience"

Really a struggle at Clicks. Most of the times. They seem to appoint these older ladies who are extremely slow, unfriendly and incompetent. I have actually found one of them 'rude' and very condescending. The younger staff members, Nathan and Roelien are amazing. I just turn around and go elsewhere when I see that I have one of the elderly staff members. The other pharmacy down the lane is just so much more efficient, quicker and sharper in their thinking. More professional service would be appreciated. Clicks WAterstone is a real frustration these days. Did not used to be like this.

They said they were closing at 3pm but I got there at 2pm and they said they decided to close early. I needed medicine but they closed early for no reason.
