Substandard quality on iPhone screens, had to replace my screen twice in a short amount of space for a minor bump under a screen protector. No warranty and had to pay R6500 in total. Do not replace any iPhone screen here!! Rather go to an iStore.

Over the years I visited this shop a few times and it was always professional and service with a friendly smile.It has changed! I was surprised to see an arrogant and, rude youngster. His lack of product knowledge was shocking. His bad attitude and ignorance of customer service left me with speeches.Because of his lack of product knowledge, he was unable to sell me a basic charger. Even when I told the youngster exactly what charger was required, his arrogance blinded him. This blew my mind because it's exactly what this little store does.The rude shop attendant took it a bit further and started insulting the product in question. a Product he did not know of and then he started insulting America.It was time for me to go.If this shop can't recognize the adapters for different cell phones and other electronic devices, why would you trust them with anything? If such behavior is tolerated, customer service will no longer be on your side. The custom is always right. At least while the customer is still in the shop!

Excellent service. Had my daughter's cell phone screen replaced in 15 minutes, while we waited. I would highly recommend Cell Fix services. Friendly, helpful staff too! xx
