I would almost give it 5 stars- but it’s getting 4.The sales team need to work a bit on how they speak to clients. They almost a sale yesterday because of how my dad was spoken to.Many people are turning to bikes, many people was to sit, feel and get an idea of what they buying. As annoying as it is- explain in a nice way so that the customer understands that you don’t have units setup.And not come across as- well that’s the way it is take it or leave itMy suggestion would be is to look at having just 1 demo unit- yes all bikes/ scooters ride differently but allow the customers to just get a feel up and down the parking lot.Just work on how customers are spoken to- no matter how annoying the same question is
